Your strip curtain will be made to the exact size you specify - just select the width and height that you need in the options. We recommend that you order your strip curtain a little longer than you need and trim the strips to the perfect length once installed.
The right Strip Type depends on the application: Standard Smooth Clear is perfect for most strip curtains. If your door sees forklift traffic, Ribbed strips provide enhanced scratch resistance and durability. Low-Temp strips are ideal for freezer doors since they stay flexible at lower temperatures.
Strip Width and Percent Overlap are automatically selected for optimal performance based on the curtain size; however, you can customize them if needed for special applications.
Note: Safety Orange side strips are available on request.

How to Measure Your Gasket
Getting the size right is the single most important step. Pick the method that matches your situation — both take under 60 seconds with a tape measure.
Corner to Corner
The easiest method. Measure your existing gasket from the outside edge to outside edge — across both the width and height — to the nearest 1/8th of an inch.
Dart to Dart
Use this if your old gasket is missing or destroyed. Measure the door track channel from dart to dart — the grooves where the gasket's arrow-shaped edges snap in.

Snap On
Held on by a dart (arrow-shaped edge) that snaps firmly into a groove on the door. No tools required — pushed in by hand.

Held on by a barbed insert that smashes firmly into the door track. Slightly more force to install, but no screws needed.

Held on by a metal retainer plate and screws. Takes a screwdriver to install, but it's the most secure fit for walk-ins and heavy-use doors.

1 Check the interior side walls
Most data plates are riveted to one of the interior side walls near the top or bottom. Shine a flashlight inside your cooler or freezer and scan all four walls — the plate is metal, usually silver or gold, about the size of a playing card.
2 Read the Model + Serial numbers

3 Data plate missing or illegible?
