Processing Time
All of our gaskets are made to order. Standard product lead time is 3 to 5 business days before shipment. Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
